Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to the UK, Channel Islands & Isle of Man with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

All orders received on a business day before 3pm are processed that day. Orders received after 3pm, or during the weekend or a bank holiday will be processed the next business day.

Please check your email for an order confirmation to ensure we have received it, if you haven't received this email check your spam or junk folder or contact us. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. You should receive your item within 1 day from it being shipped and you will be emailed a tracking link. 

RunStrong is packaged in an envelope which will fit through most letter boxes to ensure the most convenient and safe delivery - please ensure you authorise Royal Mail to leave the item without requiring signature. You can do this via the tracking link you will be sent once the item is shipped.

Sorry, we don't currently offer shipping outside of the UK, Channel Islands & Isle of Man.
