Refund policy

We are very proud of RunStrong® and are confident you will love it too. This is why we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee. If within 30 days of receiving the product you wish to return it, for any reason, opened or unopened, just contact us and we will advise on the returns process. The 30-day money back guarantee is only valid for your first purchase and cannot be used twice by the same customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will still be entitled to 14-day return after receiving the item if you have made use of the 30-day money back guarantee previously but the item will need to be returned to us unopened and undamaged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the item back and your refund will be processed within 24h onto your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
