A series of workshops and guided runs for RUNNERS just starting out, all the way up to runners looking to dominate the trails and reach their full potential in races!

Probably the quickest route to mastering your running technique is this workshop presented in a small group. The RUNSTRONG coaching method is based on how the human brain learns movements.

The workshop covers besides running technique, how to sit, stand, walk and jump all leading to a more efficient running technique with a much lower risk of injury.

This workshop is also perfect for those who feel they struggle to breathe to soon or have suffered injuries such as shin splints, plantar fasciitis or knee pain.

Have you got bored of the roads and want to have a go at trail running?

Learn how to head for the trails safely and with confidence.

This workshop covers the main topics when starting out in TRAIL RUNNING including techniques over different types of terrain and learn the best way to tackle your first off road hills safely.

With a Q&A over a bite to eat you can find out more on what kit to wear, what to eat while TRAIL RUNNING and anything else you want to know!

If you can already run between 5-10k then this workshop will be great for you.

Sunday March 6th

For anyone looking to dominate the trails this workshop will include some more technical coaching across the different terrains essential for trail races and Ultra Runners.

Learning how to tackle uphills, downhills and traversing you will learn the best ways to move  efficiently over the changing terrain.

A practical presentation on running technique and injury prevention will also be included along with a Q&A on equipment. nutrition and mindset along with anything else you may want to ask on the day

This workshop will require you to be capable of running 15 -20k in total and great for those with some trail running experience already and those looking to get the best out of themselves on race day.

RUNSTRONG workshops are the result of myself OVER 10 YEARS learning about running the hard way. First how to get the best out of MYSELF through technique, nutrition and mindset. Then doing the same for other RUNNERS just like you.

I have gone from entering my first race dressed in my footy kit and Nike Air Max, to running over 130 miles in under 24 hours non-stop in a an Ultra Race in 2014 along with wins and top placings in Trail and Ultra races.

I believe we are all capable of this and with my straight talking, original coaching style you will learn how to be the STRONGEST runner you can be!

With limited places on each workshop to ensure the quality of sessions and learning experience it is essential that you book early to avoid missing out!
